Born 1965 in Hannover. Studied law at the University of Heidelberg and Göttingen 10/1988 to 07/1997. First State Examination 1997. Legal clerkship 1997-2000 with stations e.g. at well-known law firms. Second State Examination 2000. Working at Allianz. Book publication ”Property claims in the five new federal states” 1992. Admission to the Bar 2001 and practice as a civil law attorney, labor law/ service law, the latter also as a lieutenant colonel in the Bundeswehr. Advisor for technical legal matters at the Federal Office for Infrastructure, Environmental protection and services of the Bundeswehr (BAIUDBW) 2020.

Licensed to practice before all German local, Land- and higher regional courts.
