For the application for grant of a supplementary protection certificate and the application for extension of the duration of a supplementary protection certificate, the printed below forms are now available to use.
The forms were due to the entry into force of Regulation (EG) No.. 469/2009 (ABl. No.. The 152 from 16. June 2009, S. 1 ff.) and the Law on the simplification and modernization of patent law from 31. July 2009 (Gazette. I S. 2521) updated and revised editorially; the form for application for extension of term of a supplementary protection certificate was a total redesigned. The leaflets of the forms have been revised accordingly.
